At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box; for surfboards, ensure all protective padding is securely in place to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
