How long does it take to ship a custom surfboard?
Custom board orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks to shape, glass, and cure before shipping. Stock boards usually ship within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
We accept returns on unused, stock-dimension surfboards in original condition within 30 days. Custom-shaped boards and used equipment are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most coastal regions worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the board's dimensions and destination.
How can I track my board's progress?
Once your order is placed, you will receive email updates at each major stage: Shaping, Glassing, and Final Quality Control, followed by a tracking number upon dispatch.
What happens if my board arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your board arrives with shipping damage, please document the packaging with photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Which fin system do you use?
Most of our models are available with either Futures or FCS II fin boxes. You can select your preferred system on the product page before adding the board to your cart.
